    Biography

    Dominique Roberts, a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is an Instructor of Spanish teaching 100-level novice and intermediate courses at the University of Delaware. She holds a B.A. in Teaching and an M.A. in Foreign Languages and Pedagogy with a concentration in Spanish and Literature from the University of Delaware.

    She has more than ten years of experience teaching in elementary school and high school, and seven years teaching in higher education and teacher training. She has taught at universities in Argentina, Spain, and the United States. Her field of study is intercultural communication, phonetics and phonology, and music in the language classroom.

    Dominique is a Fulbright Scholar alum and has also served as a Spanish interpreter and translator at the United Nations. Beyond her academic pursuits, her passions are singing, yoga, and painting.
