Biography:

Bill Paulino is an Spanish Instructor, whose areas of interest include Spanish language, literature, and teaching English as a second language. He teaches courses in intermediate Spanish for the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures. He also serves as a high school Spanish teacher for the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District.
